Prices & Payment

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST). Payment must be made via Paypal.

Shipping

Standard delivery within Australia

We dispatch goods within 2 working days. You will receive your order in approximately 5 working days unless otherwise notified by us.

International deliveries

Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 7-14 working days. The fee for shipping internationally will be quoted on an individual basis, thus it is important that we have your correct email address. We will contact you with the appropriate delivery details.

Refunds and Returns

All efforts are taken to ensure our customer's receive their purchase in good condition. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way we will assist you with a refund or exchange.

A returned item purchased on-line must be returned within 14 days of the order date. Please contact us on the details below to organise a return method. Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase, excluding delivery charges.
